Standard Shipping and Processing

Tellurian Naturals offers FREE SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $ 50.00 and over (excluding taxes) for packages sent anywhere in the continental U.S. – no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $ 50.00, there is a delivery charge of $ 7.95 for USPS standard ground service shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.

Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Although it is preferred, items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Free shipping on orders $ 50.00 and over is not available to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Shipping to these locations will be via USPS standard ground service and will require an additional $ 5.00 be added to the standard flat fee of $ 7.95 for a total delivery charge of $ 12.95.

We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.


EXPEDITED DELIVERY
Tellurian Naturals offers expedited UPS 2-3 day delivery on all U.S. merchandise orders to anywhere in the continental U.S. for a flat fee of $ 21.95.

For expedited service to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, please add an additional $ 5.00 to the flat fee of $ 21.95 for a total delivery charge of $ 26.95.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling toll-free 1-888-532-1607 during regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

If for any reason you need to return an item, just contact our Customer Service Department. Our normal return procedure will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY
Tellurian Naturals is committed to providing superior products and services to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied, return your products for a complete refund within 30 days from your purchase. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Shipping/handling fees are refunded only if the product is defective, being recalled, or erroneously shipped by Tellurian Naturals. Please follow the simple instructions below:

• To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.


• You must include the packing invoice and all original packaging materials.


• Please circle the item you wish to return on the copy of your original packing invoice form and write the reason for your return on the back of the invoice.


• Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.


• Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the U.S. Postal Service Insured Mail) to:

We cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier. In the case of defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department. Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which purchases were charged.

We will issue a refund within 2 weeks of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
